Who are you?
Architect / developer
I offer planning and construction services and would like to take part in auctions.
Investor / client
I have a project and am looking for the right practice through an auction.
What happens after you register
For architecture practices
After you register, Architektonik reviews your practice; the decision comes within 24 hours. You then complete your profile with a description, specialisation and references. It appears in the architect directory. An auction costs CHF 39.90 as a single participation, or you take the Atelier subscription at CHF 149.90 per month, which covers all auctions, both excluding VAT. Once you take part, you see the detailed description and the documents and can submit your application. The terms are listed under Pricing.
For clients
The account is free. You enter your project, choose the scope of services under SIA 112 and submit the tender with a deadline. Architektonik reviews it within 24 hours, then vetted practices apply under seal. Your name and the exact address are disclosed only to the practice you award the commission to. The full process is described on the page Put a project out to tender.
